Aptenia Villa, Aptenia apartment & Arismari apartment all of them have the unique advantage of being on the sand in an endlessly organized and quiet beach near Rethymno, at Episkopi village. With a lot of mercy and design, we have built a home that covers all the tastes. Our outdoor spaces are comfortable with many amenities, such as a swimming pool, relaxation area with views of the Aegean sea and beach volley. Certainly, the most important point of the house is the large balcony that you can admire the glorious sunset. Malena House is a comfortable home with lots of space to accommodate up to 8 people. Completely equipped for comfortable and relaxing vacations.

“Aptenia villa is located in truly special location at the end of Episkopi beach. It's close to restaurants and bars while being far enough from the hustle to feel like you have your own little piece of paradise. Yorgos and Dina have been great hosts, and did their best to accommodate us. We were the first guests for the season, so there were a couple of things to fix when we arrived, all addressed in a prompt fashion. Thanks Yorgos and Dina for hosting us again, we've had a blast!”

“We had a great stay at George's Airbnb. The grounds and garden are fabulous with a great pool and beach at the end of the garden. Perfect for early morning sea dips. There is a great bbq with a box of coals and logs left for our use and a nice gift of olive oil. We dealt with George's brother in law who was a loverly chap and even came to us straight away when we locked ourselves out. Recommended.”

“Amazing villa for two families! Spacious, with two separate floors, each with its own kitchen and bedrooms — perfect balance of privacy and shared moments. The house is fully equipped: dishwasher, all kitchen tools, a barbecue area with fruit wood, coal, and grill racks. We even found a bag of ice waiting in the freezer! The pool was cleaned every morning. The hosts are exceptional — warm, helpful, shared local tips, helped us arrange a birthday cake, and generously gifted us homemade olive oil and salad. The location is unbeatable: steps from what felt like a private beach, and a beach bar with great cocktails nearby. Everything is thoughtfully prepared — we didn’t have to worry about a thing, just enjoy. Truly felt like home. Thank you!”
